FedEx Office

FedEx Office, formerly Kinko's, is a chain of corporate-owned retail stores that provide shipping services for FedEx Express, Ground and home delivery as well as printing, copying and binding services. Their primary printing service, Print Online, can be accessed through the web and provides customers with a convenient way to print personal files from home to the nearest retail location for pickup or home delivery.

In mid 2012, FedEx Office engaged Tank Design to redesign their home page. The project was undertaken from a holistic standpoint in order to guide the gradual redesign of all internal pages in a cohesive manner. The site was designed responsively and final deliverables included a user interface tool kit and UI guidelines documentation.
