Greenovate Boston

Greenovate Boston is a community-driven movement whose goal is to inspire local denizens to live a more environmentally friendly lifestyle, both at home and at work. As stated on the website, the goal is to reduce the city’s greenhouse gas emissions 25% by 2020 and 80% by 2050, as outlined in the City’s Climate Action Plan.

The displayed work details the original website design for Greenovate Boston, which has since been updated. The goal was a simple, one-page continuous scrolling responsive site that informed viewers of the movement, how to measure one’s own consumption based on a simple breakdown of 4 components (Energy, Water, Transportation and Waste) and a sign-up form to allow users to take part in the mission. Collateral and digital billboard awareness campaign were designed in support of the website and are shown below as mockups.
